PURPOSE: To position anchor bolts by a method in which a precast foundation part is placed on the base of a floor, anchor bolts are set through the sleeve of the precast foundation part, and concrete is placed to integrally combine the precast foundation part and the floor.
CONSTITUTION: A holder 20 and iron bars 31 for floor are set, and a precast concrete foundation part 10 is placed on the holder 20. Then, anchor bolts 22 are thrust through the sleeve 14 of the prescast concrete foundation part 10 below a floor concrete slab 30, and the connecting iron bars 12a of the foundation part 10 is contacted with the holder 20. Then, concrete 30 for floor is placed to integrally combine it with the foundation part 10, and a structure, e.g., building, etc., is installed on the foundation part 10 and fixed with anchor bolts 22 and nuts 42. Then, a grout 40 is injected into the sleeve 14 to integrally combine the anchor bolts 22 with the foundation part 10.
