PURPOSE: To attain thin profile and miniaturization by constituting integrally an inductor component and a capacitor component constituting a tuner.

CONSTITUTION: A signal inputted to an input terminal 13 is amplified by an amplifier 14 and its amplified output signal is fed to an input terminal 15 of a tuner 16. The tuner 16 consists of a transmission line electrode 17 providing an inductance through the synthesis of a distributed inductor and a lumped inductor caused by bending the transmission line, and a transmission line electrode 18 provided oppositely or in parallel with the transmission line electrode 17 via a dielectric or at its surface. The respective transmission line electrodes 17, 18 form the transmission line producing a negative reactance. Earth terminals of the transmission line electrodes 17, 18 are set in opposite direction to each other.
