PURPOSE: To eliminate or reduce labor at assembly work, by automatically conveying a ginbal, load arm, spacer, etc., performing their positioning on a positioning jig, and then clamping finally performing laser welding.
CONSTITUTION: A ginbal 9, spacer 16 and load arm 13 are conveyed by a conveyer from a magazine and part feeder, and positioned respectively on clamping jigs on an XY table. The load arm 13 is placed on a load arm receiving mount 40 and positioned by a retainer element 42, then the spacer 16 is positioned onto a spacer receiving mount 39 by a retainer element 41, finally the ginbal 9 is positioned by positioning pins 44, 43 from the above and mounted on the top. Then a leaf spring 47 and clamping arm 45 are turned to clamp those three parts, and laser welding is performed through laser holes 49 to assemble the parts.
