Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide slush molded shoes with various functions improved and upgraded to a large extent and also provide a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION:In slush molded shoes, the whole or a part 2 of a sole is constituted of a crosslinkable polyvinyl chloride resin, a thermosetting plasticizer and an oil-resistant plasticizer mixed all together, and other sections 3 of the sole are constituted of a heat gelled product of a plastisol mixed with polyvinyl chloride. Shoes are manufactured by the publicly known slush molding method in which slushing is carried out two times.
