PURPOSE: To provide a portable drain receptacle (hand held apparatus) for holding and storing cleansing utensils with liquid dripping, capable of being stored in a proper place and easily handled, and sufficiently small for periodical cleaning.

CONSTITUTION: A hand held apparatus holds and stores the cleansing utensils such as scouring pads, sponges, soaps, brushes and the like in subcompartments separated by a plurality of spacer walls 30 in a single container that can rest on a top of a counter and be stored in the back of a cabinet door, and drains. A removable collection basin 12 is slidably mounted on its bottom to collect and hold the dripping liquid from these utensils. A 'caddie' type container 10 is sufficiently small to be hand carried, and its components are easy to separate so as to be washed in a household type dishwasher.
