Abstract:
PURPOSE: To screw a tubular terminal pin with a stop shoulder into the inside end side of a tubular stem having a valve core receiving means in the presence of an insulating bushing, gascket to simplify the constitution, in a tyre valve having a tyre pressure transmitting means. CONSTITUTION: The inside end of a tubular stem 12 having an inside screw 14 for receiving a conventional tyre valve core, and an outside screw 16 for receiving a cap or the like, is diametrically reduced, and an inside screw 20 is formed. Then, an insulating bushing 22 is fitted on the small-diameter part of the stem 12, and outside the bushing an insulating washer 38, a tubular brass member 32, a rubber grommet 40 are arranged and a tubular terminal pin 26 is screwed in the inside screw 20. Further, a wheel W is positioned between an abrasion-resistant nylon washer 46 and a flange 44 of the grommet 40, fixed with a nut 48, to attach the wheel W.
