Abstract:
PURPOSE:To supply water from one water supply pipe to either or both of a twin-type overhead water tank and/or A-chamber and B-chamber separated with a partition wall in a water receiving tank by using two opening/closing valves which can be operated from outside the body of water tank. CONSTITUTION:Inside of the body 1 of water tank a communication pipe 3 is installed with a through pipe 4 penetrating a partition wall 2, an extension pipe 5 in connection to the ends of this through pipe and extended to the exterior wall of A-chamber, and another extension pipe 6 extended to the exterior wall of B-chamber. The extension pipe 5 is connected to the exterior wall of the A-chamber while the extension pipe 6 connected to the exterior wall of B-chamber through respective opening/closing valves 7 which can be operated from outside the body of the water tank. A supply pipe 8 whose lower end is led to the communication pipe 3 is installed upright in the A-chamber or in B-chamber, and water is supplied to this supply pipe 8 from a water supply pipe 9.
