PURPOSE: To provide a soybean milk-producing apparatus capable of readily cleaning without causing clogging in an endless perforated plate.

CONSTITUTION: This soybean milk-producing apparatus comprises putting an endless perforated cylindrical body 22 obtained by connecting both ends of a perforated plate 24 in which many small holes are bored to form a cylinder and providing protruded edges 26 at both edges between a soybean milk-squeezing lower roller 28 fitting from the lower direction to the perforated plate between these protruded edges and hanging down the endless perforated cylindrical body and rotating the body and a soybean milk squeezing upper roller 40 pivoted so as to elastically interpose the perforated plate from the upper direction and rotating the cylindrical body by these rollers, squeezing raw material soybean milk fed on to the endless perforated cylindrical body and dividing the raw material soybean milk into the soybean milk and OKARA (beancurd refuse). In the apparatus, the whole apparatus is housed in a box body 10 and rollers are pivoted on the box body and a washing water-jetting port is provided in the interior of a box body. Since heat efficiency is improved and the whole apparatus can be kept in high temperature and humidity, a soybean protein film is not formed on the soybean milk attached to the apparatus and the perforated plate is not clogged. Further, the apparatus is extremely hygienical, because stained water does not scatter when the apparatus is washed with water after finishing the operation.
