PURPOSE: To remove liquid easily and to prevent a sterilizing solution from being collected in the bottom of a dank tank, by forming the bottom of cabinet slantingly, setting a porous plate above it.

CONSTITUTION: The test specimen 8 passed through the sterilizing solution 7 in the dank tank 14 is taken out by the use of a glove, and placed on the porous plate 15. The sterilizing solution attached to the test specimen 8 is made to flow down through the porous plate 15 to the bottom 13, and since the bottom 13 is slanted, the sterilizing solution is dropped in the dank tank 14. Consequently, the liquid of the test specimen 8 is removed easily and in good handleability. When a large amount of test specimens are put in a device without removing the liquid sufficiently, the dropped sterilizing solution is not collected in the bottom and made to flow in the dank tank 14.
