Title:
DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING STROKE LENGTH OF PRESS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60111800
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a titled device which adjusts easily stroke length and is simplified without requiring adjustment for die height by the constitution in which the eccentric shaft part of a crank shaft, an eccentric bushing to be fitted thereto and a connecting rod connected thereto are fixed and exchanged.

CONSTITUTION: An eccentric shaft part 9 having eccentricity l is formed to a crank shaft 8 supported freely rotatably to a machine body 7 of a press and an eccentric bushing 10 having eccentricity l' is fitted onto said part and further the top end of a connecting rod 11 connected to a slide 12 at the bottom end is freely rotatably connected to the outside circumference thereof, thereby constituting a device for adjusting the stroke length of the press. The stroke length of the above-mentioned device can be adjusted by 2×(l+l') by fixing the bushing 10 to the crank shaft 8 by means of a lock bolt 13 in the position where the eccentric direction thereof is made coincident with the eccentric direction of the part 9. The above-mentioned adjustment is made 2×l by fixing the lug part 14 of the eccentric bushing by means of the bolt 13 to the rod 11. The distance from the bottom surface of the slide 12 up to the center of the shaft 8 at the bottom dead point is L and constant in either case.
