Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a vacuum control valve which can always set a stable vacuum pressure showing little change by controlling a feedback system built-in. CONSTITUTION:Vacuum pressure at a negative pressure output port 32 during operation of a vacuum pump 30 is arbitrarily set by spirally moving forward and backward a setting knob 12. That is, a gap between a flapper 20 and a nozzle 19 can be controlled by operating the knob 12 so as to adjust positive pressure supplied from an inlet 16, that is control pressure, resulting in changing the internal pressure of an E chamber 9 into which the positive pressure is put to operate a diaphragm 6 having a large pressure receiving area, whereby the opening of a cut-off valve 26 to a poppet 24 and a valve seat 31 is controlled to set vacuum pressure.
