PURPOSE: To improve efficiency, by arranging a fixed heating block, wherein a plurality of rail grooves whose upper sides are opened are aligned in parallel, inserting rod shaped heaters in said fixed heating block, thereby enabling a temperature to rise up to a measuring temperature at a quick speed.
CONSTITUTION: A heating device 5 is constituted by a fixed heating block 6 wherein a plurality of rail grooves 9 whose upper sides are opened are aligned in parallel and a lifting heating block 8, which is arranged on the block 6. At both ends of a base board 25, sliding shafts 26, which can be slidden up and down freely, and inserted. Heat blocks 27 are attached to the lower ends of the shafts 26. A rod shaped heater 10a is inserted in the central part of each heat block 27 so that the heater can be replaced. The heater can be lifted and lowered independently. In this constitution, the temperature can be increased or decreased to the measuring temperature at a quick speed, and efficiency can be improved.
