PURPOSE: To prevent the liquid aromatic agent from leaking and flowing out even by vibration or falling sideways by constituting the device of a plate-like or linear material of a material by which an aromatic liquid is not deteriorated due to contact of glass, plastic, etc., and forming many slits having a capillary function.

CONSTITUTION: In the part being near the lower end of the front wall of a hollow case being roughly like a rectangular parallelopiped, vent holes 8, 8 are pierced, and also, on both side parts of the upper wall, through-holes 9, 9 are provided. On the other hand, in the inside of a case 7, a horizontal shutter 10 corresponding to the vent holes 8, 8 is allowed to slide in the vertical direction in a state that it comes into contact closely with the inside surface of the front wall of the case 7 and the vent holes 8, 8 are opened and closed, and subjected to opening control. An aromatic liquid gradually emitting device 6 impregnates a storage device 1 contained in its inside with an aromatic liquid such as a perfume, etc., in advance, and allows vapor of the aromatic liquid to diverge to the open air by opening the vent holes 8, 8 in accordance with necessity under a state that said device is placed in a desired place, for instance, in a suitable position in a room, etc. At the time of carrying this device, it is convenient to provided on fancy goods such as a button, a pin, a buckle, etc., or on personal ornaments.
