PURPOSE: To unnecessitate a water-cooling part and to easily supply a large quantity of oxygen and to improve the efficiency of a refining reaction by constituting the oxygen and fuel burner of an auxiliary fuel introducing pipe, and inner oxygen blowing pipe on the outer side thereof and further an outer oxygen blowing pipe on the outer side thereof.
CONSTITUTION: The inner oxygen blowing pipe 10 is provided on the outer side of the auxiliary fuel introducing pipe 4 so as to be concentrical therewith. The outer oxygen blowing pipe 11 is further provided on the outer side thereof so as to be concentral therewith. A burner tip 7 having an auxiliary fuel ejection hole 8 and an oxygen ejection hole 9 is mounted to the front end of the auxiliary fuel introducing pipe 4 and the inner oxygen blowing pipe 10. The oxygen and fuel burner for the autogenous refining concentrate burner constituted in the above-mentioned manner is used, by which the water-cooling jacket part required heretofore is unnecessitated and the oxygen and fuel burner is reduced in weight; in addition, the need for the remedy for water leakage is eliminated. The supply of a large quantity of the oxygen from the oxygen and fuel burner under a low pressure is possible and the reactivity in the reaction shaft of the autogenous refining furnace is improved. The oxygen efficiency is thus improved.
