Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the resonance of a rotor for an electromagnetic motor by displacing engaging projection and recess respectively formed on the upper and lower surfaces of a rotor material of the same shape having poles on the outer peripheral surfaces at the prescribed angle to the pole, then assembling a rotor, and disposing spirally the poles to the axis. CONSTITUTION:Engaging projection 1a and recess 1b are respectively formed on the upper and lower surfaces of a rotor material 1 of the same shape having poles N, S on the outer peripheral surfaces. The projection 1a and the recess 1b are displaced at angles alpha and beta from the N-pole to the center, the projection 1a is engaged with the recess 1b, and a rotor is associated through the shaft 2. Teeth 1a'', 2b'' which are parallel to the axis are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the central hole of the rotor material 1 and on the surface of the shaft 2, and displaced at the poles at the prescribed angle when associating. In this manner, the poles N, S are spirally arranged to the axis to be always displaced from the poles of a stator, thereby preventing the production of an abnormal resonance and smoothly rotating.
