PURPOSE: To contrive to save energy by a method wherein an automatic water mixing cock is arranged at a hot water delivery part and the maximum set temperatue of hot water of mixer taps is controlled to become equal to the hot water delivery temperature of a hot water supplier in a storage type hot water supply system.
CONSTITUTION: The hot water temperature setting signals T1 and T2 of mixer taps 8 and 9 and the signal T3 of a hot water temperature sensor 11 are inputted to a temperature control circuit 10. The control circuit 10 selects a signal having a higher value out of the hot water temperature setting signals T1 and T2 as a reference hot water temperature set point and compares the select reference hot water temperature set point T1 or T2 with a hot water supplying temperature T3 and outputs a control signal to an automatic water mixing cock 7 so as to equalize said temperatures. Due to the constitution as mentioned above, no hot water temperature in hot water distributing piping higher than necessary is required, resulting in enabling to reduce heat dissipation loss.
