Abstract:
The cartoning machine has a magazine for flat folding boxes (1), a conveying device (10) for erected folding boxes (1), and a device for erecting the folding boxes and transferring them from the magazine to the conveying device. In order to fold over to the outside the closing tabs (2, 3) for filling which surround the filling which opening of the folding boxes (1), the cartoning machine also has a device (35, 40) for folding over the lower and upper closing tab (2, 3) of the folding box, which device is arranged on the transfer path of the folding boxes (1) from the magazine to the conveying device (10). The device for folding over the closing tabs (2, 3) has a movable rammer (35) and a stationary guide rail (40).
