Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily prepare a reinforcing metal, by providing plural legs in a reinforcing metal consisting of a metallic plate, forming a frame body to one side of a gear, press fitting the reinforcing metal into said frame body, inserting a shaft into these reinforcing metal and frame body, fitting an E-ring to said shaft and forming a device as an integral unit. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical shaped frame body 8 is formed to one side of a resin molded gear 7, and a pair of grooves 10a, 10b are longitudinally formed at a face-to-face position to each other in an internal wall of the frame body, while a shaft fitted hole 11 of non-circular section is formed to the central part of the gear 7. While a reinforcing metal 14 is equipped with legs 12a, 12b, press fitted to the grooves 10a, 10b, and provided with a shaft fitted hole 13 in the center. Then a shaft 15 is press fitted to the shaft fitted hole 11, and the legs 12a, 12b are press fitted to the grooves 10a, 10b, further the shaft 15 is inserted into the press fitted hole 13. Then an E-ring 17 is mounted to a groove 16 provided to the shaft 15.
