PURPOSE: To adjust easily with high accuracy a gap interval of two head tips and the position of each of them, by fixing the two head tips, providing a substrate in which at least a part has elasticity, and adjusting selectively a position of each head tip.
CONSTITUTION: A substrate 6 has elastic parts 25, 26, and the elastic part 25 and 26 are pressed selectively from the inside by rotating an eccentric screw inserted into an inserting hole 24. When adjusting a head position, first of all, screws 7, 27 and 28 are clamped lightly. As for a screw hole of the screws 27, 28, for instance, a long hole is formed, and its fixed position can be changed. An eccentric pin is rotated round a hole 20, a projecting quantity from a cylinder 18 of head tips 8, 9 is adjusted uniformly, and subsequently, for instance, a position of a head gap 11 is adjusted exactly by utilizing the eccentric pin and the holes 21, 24, the screw 7 and 27 are fixed firmly, and also a position of a head gap 10 is adjusted and fixed by utilizing the eccentric pin, the holes 19, 24 and elasticity of the elastic part 26.
