PURPOSE:To fulfill the choking function by a columnar sleeve, extending outward from a through opening, regardless of the presence of any solid substance when the sleeve chokes a pipe by making the sleeve of soft material which deforms under external pressure. CONSTITUTION:A through opening 2 is shaped in the tapered form by obliquely cutting a pipe 1 at the end thereof. There is provided a columnar sleeve 4 which is, in the middle thereof, fixed to a point 3 on the acute end part of the pipe 1 and extends from the through opening 2 to the outside thereof. The columnar sleeve 4 is a cloth and soft material and has the characteristics that it inhibits passage of any solid substance, however, allows passage of a little amount of fluid. When the sleeve 4 chokes the pipe 1 because the pressure outside of the pipe 1 becomes higher than the inner pressure thereof, some solid substances 5 might be stucked toward or onto the sleeve 4. However that may be, the substances 5 pass aside or are wrapped throughout their configurations by the face of the sleeve 4 and the sleeve 4 is forced stuck to the through opening.
