Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide an air-pulge valve which has an air-pulge function and a function of breaking and making a water-level switch so as to facilitate working of the air-pulge valve and simplify the structure by utilizing the up-and-down movement of a float enclosed in a casing. CONSTITUTION:A float 3 having a magnet 2 built-in is disposed in the interior of an air-pulge valve casing 1, and one end of the float 1 is connected to a link 5 to which a valve body 4 is fitted. A cover formed of rubber to which a valve seat 6 for the valve body 4 is secured is disposed on the upper portion of the casing 1. The outer periphery of the casing 1 is partially concaved, and at that place, a magnetic proximity switch 9 is fixed. When a medium goes into the casing 1, the float 3 comes up so that the valve body 4 blocks up the valve seat 6 to stop discarging air from an air hole 8. In such a condition, a contact 10 of the magnetic proximity switch 9 is turned off by magnetic force of a magnet 2.
