Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a drawing being turned an original drawing by 45 deg. by applying simple address conversion to an original picture element data. CONSTITUTION:An x axis address of an address generator 112 at turning a row y0 is set to (-2) by a preset device 113, a y axis address of a memory 111 is set to (0) by a preset device 118, an x-axis address of an address generator 109 is set to (-1) by a preset device 114, a y axis address of a y-axis address generator 110 is set to (-1) by a preset device 115, and a counter 101 is set to an L level respectively as the initial setting. The memory 111 reads a picture element address (0, 0) while the x axis address is revised by +2 by the address generator 112 at the turning of the row y0 at the 1st read/write, and on the other hand, the memory 108 writes a data read out from the memory 111 to the picture element address (0, 0) while the x axis address and the y axis address are revised respectively by +1. The increment of the x axis address and the y axis address is changed suitably in the 2nd and succeeding read/write and read/ write is performed to the incremented address.
