PURPOSE: To reduce the total capacity of a driving power supply in comparison with the power supply arranged to individual DC motors, by providing a circuit which discriminates the precedence of start signals of DC motors which drive plural rotating bodies and drives and controls DC motors so that their start conditions do not overlap.
CONSTITUTION: Since a start signal 12 is not inputted yet when a start signal 11 is inputted, a driving control circuit 8 discriminates the precedence of the start signal 11 to transmit a driving start signal 13, and a DC motor 2 is started, and a rotating body 1 starts rotating. At this time, a driving current is in a state 17A. When the start signal 12 is inputted, the transmission of a driving signal 15 is inhibited because a start completion signal 14 is not outputted yet. When the rotating body 1 attains the steady rotation state, the driving current is in a state 17B, and the driving control circuit 8 transmits the driving signal 15 in accordance with the transmission of the start completion signal 14 from a driving circuit 3, and therefore, a driving circuit 6 starts a DC motor 5. Similarly, many DC motors are so controlled that their starting currents do not overlap.
