PURPOSE: To obtain a perforated metallic plate without generating a punching dust by executing a roll rolling to a lot of recessed parts recessed and provided by a press work, and making a hole.

CONSTITUTION: By a press device 7 of a press roll, etc., a recessed part 2 is recessed and provided correspondingly on both faces of a metallic plate 1. Subsequently, the metallic plate 1 is fed to a rolling roll 3 and rolled. As a result of rolling, a thin part 4 formed by the recessed part 2 is elongated and cut, and a hole 5 is made. The hole is made by this method, therefore, no punching dust is generated. Accordingly, no burr is generated either.
