Title:
FLEXIBLE REINFORCED CONCRETE PILE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60123618
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase proof stress of bending moment of a pile, by a method wherein, after a cable made of specified flexible reinforcing bars is formed in a cage which is disposed along the inner surface of a steel pipe, a steel pipe is filled with expansive concrete produced by addition of specified cement and an expansive material.

CONSTITUTION: The ground is excavated and a steel pipe 3 is driven. Cable 2, formed by flexible reinforcing bars 1 having yield strength of 60W120kgf/mm2 or by bundling a plurality of such reinforcing bars, are formed in a cage which is disposed along the inner surface of the steel pipe 3. The interior of the steel pipe 3 is filled with expansive concrete or mortar prepared by mixture of 1W20wt.pt. each, based on 100wt.pt. cement, of two different cement expansive materials respectively having a blaine ratio surface area of 5,000cm2/g or more and 1,500W 4,000cm2/g. This improves adhesion of the steel pipe 3 to the reinforcing bar 1, resulting in the possibility to increase proof stress of bending moment of a pile.
