Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a jacket having less dimensional change by the effect of heat, by pasting a nonwoven fabric on the inside surface of a light shieldable sheet formed of a resin component having prescribed components thereby forming the jacket. CONSTITUTION:A jacket consists essentially of a resin prepd. by adding 1- 8pts.wt. carbon black and 3-20pts.wt. a copolymer consisting essentially of butadiene and styrene to 100pts.wt. post-chlorinated PVC contg. 60-70wt% chlorine. The resin is molded into a sheet to form a light shieldable sheet and a nonwoven fabric is pasted on the inside surface of such sheet to form a jacket, by which a disc to be contained therein is protected. The jacket which permits reproduction and recording of the magnetic disc contained therein is thus obtd.
