PURPOSE: To obtain a compact and lightweight manual-plate device, by a method wherein a casing on one side and a casing on the other side are so provided that they can be freely opened and closed.
CONSTITUTION: A bottom casing 1 on the lower side and a top casing 2 on the upper side are connected to each other through removable hinges 3 provided on one side so that the casings can be freely opened and closed, and are closed by locks 4 provided on the other side. A pair of left and right hydrostatic driving systems consisting of an engine model 8, variable capacity type piston pump models 9, 10, hydraulic line models 11W14, constant capacity type piston motor models 15, 16 and caterpillar driving sprocket models 17, 18 are placed on a plate 6 consisting of a plastic plate, and a transmission controlling box model 19, a steering controlling box model 20 and a switch 21 are provided. At a lower surface, a controlling means for an electric motor and a link methcanism connected to each operating body are incorporated.
