PURPOSE: To improve incombustibility, weatherproofness, water proof property etc. by weaving a dustproof net using spun yarn obtained by mixed yarn of short fiber of polyvinyl chloride and short fiber of polyethylene terephtalate.

CONSTITUTION: To make the dustproof net 10, equal quantity of short fiber of polyvinyl chloride and short fiber of polyethylene terephtalate is mixed and mixed yarn is obtained by spinning. The net is woven by woven number of warp 30∼45/square inch, weft 30∼45/square inch. Proportion of mixing of polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene terephtalate may be 30:70∼100:0. However, in the case of 100% polyvinyl chloride, thermal resistance becomes inferior. The dustproof net is dyed black for its appearance, and incombustibility is supplemented by soaking small quantity of incombustible agent or black resin. In the case of speaker in a car, as water repellent property is influenced by number of weaving, water proof property is improved by securing coarsenenn that does not cause deformation of the diaphragm.
