PURPOSE: To compress surely crude refuse and to dehydrate the refuse by turning a stopper by a water pump device to detain non-turnably an open/shut cap in the stage of compressing the crude refuse.
CONSTITUTION: The operator charges crude refuse through a crude refuse feed port 3 and changes over an operating lever 4 to a mode for compressing crude refuse. City water is forced into the space of a cylinder 22 and gushes into the port 3. A compressing plate 35 advances upward in a dewatering member 16, thus compressing successively the crude refuse. A turning member 10 is turned by the 2nd water pump so that the top end of a retaining lever 14 turns a stopper 19 until the top end of the stopper 19 is positioned to the outside surface of an open/shut cap 21. Since the open/shut cap is detained non-turnably by the stopper 19, the crude refuse is pressed by the cap 21. When the operator sets the lever 4 to a mode for discharging crude refuse, the stopper 19 is contained into a guide groove 15 and the pressing force of the plate 35 forces the lumped crude refuse to kick up the cap 21. The crude refuse is thus released into a cover 6 for packing the crude refuse.
