PURPOSE: To safely perform work for using a bruch for adhesive liquid by interlocking a plurality of pistons with one actuation which slightly changes the distance between fingers and moving the brush incorporating liquid in the large distance of the several times as long as this distance and largely stretching the neck of the brush from a handle by the pistons.

CONSTITUTION: A first piston 1-1 having an inclined face 3 described below is freely movably inserted into a vessel 4. This inclined face 3 is formed by a face tilted for the movement direction of the piston 1-1. A return mechanism utilized with an elastic body 8 is provided for the first piston 1-1. This elastic body 8 returns the piston to the original position after forth movement. A second piston 1-2 has the distance shorter than the distance in forward movement of the first piston as the distance of forth movement. The second piston 1-2 is faced and provided to the inclined face 3 of the first piston incorporated in the vessel 4 from the direction wherein the direction in forth movement of the first piston crosses the direction in forth movement of the second piston. Moreover external force necessary for the forth movement of the first piston is regulated via the second piston. In other words, this vessel is utilized for the vessel fitted with a brush for adhesive liquid and thereby pipeline work in a height is safely performed.
