PURPOSE: To enable holding of a blank material with low holding pressure and to permit stable deep drawing in the stage of drawing the blank material by means of a punch cosisting of an inner punch and an outer punch and a die by interposing an elastic material between the die and the outer punch.
CONSTITUTION: An outer slide 16 is disposed on the outside of an inner slide 15 and an inner punch 7 is attached to the bottom end of the slide 15. An outer punch 10 is attached to the bottom end of the slide 16 to form the punch. A die 3 disposed below the same. A plate-like elastic material 19 consisting of urethane, etc. is attached on the projecting surface 13 of the punch 10 or the middle step 6 of the die 3 to hold the peripheral edge of a blank material 8 in the stage of drawing the material 8 by means of the punch 7 and the die 3.
