PURPOSE: To prevent falling-down and lateral slip of sheathing, by a method wherein panels are piled in the shape of an inverted inclination of the foundation in an slanted ground so that the load of the panels is vertically applied, the panels are coupled to a stay part by means of a cable.

CONSTITUTION: A stay part 17, an intermediate retainer stand 18 and a foundation 19 are formed on an inclined ground. Thereafter, a lower panel 15 and a foundation panel 16 are placed on the foundation 19, and a foundation panel 16 is temporarily fastened to the stay part 17 through the intermediate retainer stand 18 by means of a lower cable 12. Thereafter, an intermediate panel 14 and an upper panel 13 are piled in the shape of an inverted inclination, the panels 13W16 are coupled together by means of a PC steel rod, and the upper panel 13 is temporarily fastened to the stay part 17 by means of an upper cable 11. With the progress of filling up of a filling 20, the upper cable 11 and the lower cable 12 are stretched by means of a turn buckle, and the panels are loaded perpendicularly to a ground, and this prevents falling-down and lateral slip of a sheathing.
