Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily a attach and detach a bearing by suspending projections provided on both upper ends of a bearing box from an L-shaped supporting member provided on a bearing support frame and bringing the bearing box in direct contact with a main frame by means of a clamping device on the upper part of the bearing support frame. CONSTITUTION:WS bearing box 4 is supported by means of an L-shaped hook 7a fixed on the bottom of a bearing support frame 7 provided so as to enclose an upper beam 6 of a main frame. The upper part of said bearing box is so provided as to come in contact with the upper beam 6 of the main frame and is forcibly clamped upward by means of a clamp 8 installed on the upper part of the bearing support frame 7 to prevent a gap on the face of said contact. When the bearing box is unclamped, since the bearing support device is configured so that a gap A' breaks out between the bearing box 4 and the upper beam 6 of the main frame and the box 4 is axially movable, the bearing device can be easily pulled out.
