Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to use the semi-clutch, irrespective of a structure provided with a synchronous claw mechanism, by enabling only a friction cone to slide separately from a clutch dog. CONSTITUTION:When a shift lever is rotated, a shifter 32 moves in the axial direction, the clutch dog 13 slides to the side of an output shaft 9. By the engagement of an engaging pin 26 with an engaging groove 23, the friction cone 19 slides in the axial direction, and conical friction surfaces 21 and 17 make slide-contact with each other, thus an output shaft 9 starting to rotate. When the clutch dog 13 is forced in further strongly, the engaging pin 26 is pressed in a guide hole 24, and only the clutch dog 13 slides and clutch claws 15 and 16 mesh with each other. When the shift lever 35 is rotated in the direction of this side and conical friction surfaces 21 and 17 make slide contact with each other, thus a semi-clutch state is obtained.
