Abstract:
PURPOSE:To output original document information after being synthesized by storing separately the document information and memorandum information so as to describe individually a memory to the document information and retrieving it individually. CONSTITUTION:Document information to which a memorandum is desired to be added, i.e., a treatise ''1'' is retrieved by using a key input device 1. Then after it is stored in a picture memory 5, a hard copy is outputted by a facsimile 8. It is placed on a table 4 and a memorandum is added by a stylus pen. A part shown in dotted lines having the memory is converted into a picture data by the tablet 4 and stored in a memorandum information file 7. In this case, a storing person C11, a storing number C12 or a stored position C13 is written in a retrieval data memory by a controller. The treatise ''1'' is retrieved by a document file 6 to obtain the document with memory of a memory forming person. The memorandum information is retrieved from the memory file 7, it is synthesized and outputted from the facsimile 8.
