Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent emergency stoppage of a turbine due to wrong operation by connecting and restraining the axis of an oil trip device to the axis of a lockout device by means of a lever and forming the device in such a manner as the abovementioned restraint cannot be released unless the axis of the lockout device is completely pushed in. CONSTITUTION:The captioned test device, provided to execute during turbine operation an action confirmation test of a protective device which guard a turbine from damages due to overspeed operation, includes an assembled body consisting of a lockout device 20, oil trip device 21 and a reset device 22. An annular bush 25, equipped with an annular groove 25a on the outer periphery, is fitted to the axis part in a stand case 24 for an axis 20a of the lockout device 20, while the axis 20a is energized upward by means of a spring 26. Likewise, a bush 27 with an axial key groove on the outer periphery, is fitted to an axis 21a of the oil trip device 21. Further, pins 23a, 23b, provided on both sides of a lever 23 supported by means of a support piece 28 at its middle part, are engaged with the abovementioned annular groove 25a and the key groove.
