Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by eliminating the treatments of immersing varnish with the entire coil, taping and molding resin. CONSTITUTION:A coil C is wound by a self-adhesive enameled wire EW, and the coil wires are secured to each other therebetween by a solvent or by the heat. Thereafter, an insulating film layer IS is adhered with powder resin, ultraviolet curable resin or modified resin on the entire surface of the coil, engaged with a yoke Y, and secured with an adhesive B or the resin insulating film layer is engaged with the yoke Y in uncured state, and the layer is cured by heating or by the emission of ultraviolet ray and the heating, and the coil C is simultaneously secured to the yoke Y. In this manner, the productivity can be improved.
