Title:
CLAMPING DEVICE FOR TRANSFORMER IRON CORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS583211
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent noise and to contrive stress mitigation by a method wherein an easy deformation metal tare is inserted between a pair of clamping plates held between the upper surfaces of leg section and yoke section iron cores and a coil group and a fluid is pressed and poured into the tare for expansion.

CONSTITUTION: A leg section iron core 1 and a yoke section iron core 2 are stacked on an iron core receiving plate 4 in a tank 3 and a coil group 5 and yokes 6 are coupled to the iron cores. A pair of clamping plates 7, 8 are held between each upper surface of the iron cores 1, 2 and the coil group 5. Furthermore, an easy deformation metal sheet tare 11 having high strength and high elastic modulus such as stainless steel, for example, is held between the clamping plates 7, 8 and the fluid 12 is pressed and poured in the tare 11 by a fluid pouring device 13 and the tare 11 is expanded to clamp the iron cores 1, 2. This permits safe work and very effective clamping on stress mitigation characteristics of clamping force without generating noise in clamping.
