PURPOSE: To improve an anti-wear property and a lubricating property by applying and baking the lubricating paints, in which wax and ceramic resin are dispersed into a solvent on an insulated film of a wire, further applying a substance, in which a leveling agent is mixed with lubricating oil.

CONSTITUTION: The libricating paints, in which wax as a lubricating material and ceramic resin solidifying wax are dissolved or dispersed into a solvent, is applied and baked on an insulating film of an urethan or polyester wire. Later, a substance, in which 2wt.% of a leveling agent is added to 100% of lubricating oil such as fluid paraffin or the like, is applied. By adding a proper quantity of the leveling agent to the paints, surface tension of the paints is lowered so as to improve wetting to a base and remove a defect after drying. Thereby, a lubricating property and an anti-wear property of an insulated wire are improved, and fluidity of impregnated material can be manifested.
