PURPOSE: To suppress the distortion of a voltage waveform by a resonance current by both a reactance portion and a capacitor, and to obtain a good transient response even in case when a lead wire is long, by inserting a resonance suppressing resistance in series into an input side circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Parallel circuits 1a∼1n consisting of a resistance R and capacitor C are connected in series, by which an input side circuit 1 and an output side circuit 2 are constituted, and a divided voltage is obtained from output terminals 5, 6. A resistance 9 inserted between an input terminal 3 and the input side circuit 1 is a resonance suppressing resistance, and owing to a resonance circuit constituted of a reactance of a lead wire for connecting the input source and the input terminals 3, 4, and the capacitor C, it is suppressed that a voltage containing a vibrating portion is generated in the output terminal, when the input source has been varied.
