Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable working to a micro-width by forming a very fine black line having a specific width on the surface of a material to be worked and irradiating laser light thereto.
CONSTITUTION: A white tape 31 is provided to the surface of a material 2 to be worked and a very fine wire 41 of ≤30μ is formed to the part to be worked. The line 41 is subjected to laser beam machining by a tip port 1 a laser. The working of about 0.1μ is thus made possible and the formation of a very small and exact shape is accomplished.
