PURPOSE: To enable communication between personal computer terminals at real time by using an existent personal computer communication system as it is by providing a processing work part for machine translation or the like at the personal computer terminal connected to plural information communication networks and utilizing a translated result or the like mutually between the information communication networks.
CONSTITUTION: A real time meeting room 10 is provided to execute an electronic meeting at real time. In this case, one personal computer terminal 2 at least is connected to plural information communication networks 3 and a processing work part 9 is provided for machine translation or the like so as to utilize the function of the processing work part 9 for machine translation or the like in the case of communication between the other personal computer terminal 2 on one information communication network 3 and the other personal computer terminal 2 on the other information communication network 3. Thus, the personal computer terminal 2 can execute communication with the personal computer terminal 2 on the other information communication network 3 at real time by using the existent personal computer communication system as it is.
