Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit and reduce the cost of the device by utilizing a solenoid, for setting the step of speed of the automatic speed change gear, for lockup control too. CONSTITUTION:Respective outputs of a vehicle speed sensor 101, an accelerator opening degree sensor 102 and an inhibitor switch 103 are sent to both of a lockup decision circuit 104 and a speed change step decision circuit 105. The speed change step decision circuit 105 dicedes the speed change step based on the input and outputs a speed step signal to the lockup decision circuit 104 and a solenoid control circuit 106. The lockup decision circuit 104 outputs a lockup control signal to the solenoid control circuit 106 based on the outputs of the sensors 101, 102 and the switch 103. The solenoid control circuit 106 controls ON and OFF of the solenoids 11a-13a based on the speed change step signal and the lockup control signal.
