Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve pulse characteristic and high temperature storing characteristic of a non-aqueous electrolyte battery by using the electrolyte mixing propylenecarbonate, dimethoxyethane, and γ-butylolactone in the specified mixing ratio.

CONSTITUTION: In a lithium/carbon fluoride non-aqueous electrolyte battery, the electrolyte where the mixing rate of dimethoxyethane is 50∼130pt. and a mixing rate of propylenecarbonate and γ-butylolactone is 30:70∼70:30 is used for the mixture of propylene carbonate and γ-butylolactone is 100wt.pt. Use of this non- queous electrolyte stabilizes open circuit voltage and internal impedance of a coin type battery, etc. and also improves heavy load pulse characteristic and reliability during the period depending on high temperature.
