PURPOSE: To display a call sign corresponding to a call sign code and to bring automatically an idle channel to a talking channel by storing a frequency data corresponding to an oscillation requency at call to a storage means, storing a group code to a group code storage means and storing a call sign code to a call sign code storage means.
CONSTITUTION: The equipment is in the reception state when no special operation is executed. In starting a program, a code selecting means 101 detects whether the setting of the call sign code is selected or not. In this case, a frequency data control means controlling frequency or the like is shown in 157, a call operation control means to control a call routine is shown in 158 and a data output control means controlling an encode or the like of an output data at data output is shown in 159, and a data input control means controlling decode or the like of an input data when a data is inputted is shown in 160. A call sign code in the input data is decoded by a code arithmetic means 113 in this equipment and displayed on a call sign display device 114.
