PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition having remarkably improved flexibility, strength, elongation, impact strength, and low-temperature characteristics, and composed of components mixed with each other homogeneously in high compatibility, by compounding a polyvinylidene fluoride with a resin obtained by the graft copolymerization of vinylidene fluoride to a polymer having the composition of a specific fluororubber.

CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin is compounded with 1W100pts.wt. of a resin obtained by the graft copolymerization of vinylidene fluoride monomer to a polymer having the composition of a fluororubber having a glass transition temperature lower than room temperature. The polymer having the composition of a fluororubber is, e.g. a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropene, a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and propylene, a copolymer of hydrocarbon diene compound and a fluorine-containing monomer, etc.
