Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable pressure or flow to be regulated by providing a coil spring having strand intervals closely attached in a valve device body which spring is sealed on one end and fixed on the other end adjacent a fluid inlet to be bent for forming gaps between the respective strands. CONSTITUTION:A valve body mounting portion 5 provided with a valve opening 4 is provided in a cylindrical valve device body 1 provided on both ends with a fluid inlet 2 and a fluid outlet 3. An end of a coil spring 6 having the strand intervals closely attached is fixedly welded to the valve opening 4 of said mounting portion 5, and to the other end of the coil spring 6 attached by adhesives 8 or like a sealing plug 7 made of metal, hard rubber or synthetic resin while an electromagnet 11 is provided in the outside position of the body 1 corresponding to this sealing plug 7 to constitute a desired valve device. And the sealing plug 7 is attracted by supplying current to the electromagnet 11 to bend the coil spring 6 and form gaps t between the respective strands for regulating fluid flow and flowing the fluid from the inlet 2 to the outlet 3.
