Abstract:

PURPOSE: To fix a transport object on a pallet automatically and release it with one touch by pushing a slider down via the weight of the transport object, then fixing it with a holding claw energized in one direction, and drawing a cord to release the holding claw.

CONSTITUTION: When a transport object 60 is mounted on a slider 24, the slider 24 and a stop piece 32 are pushed down, the stop piece 32 is lowered, and a holding claw 48 hits the transport object 60. A plate is also lowered simultaneouly, a coupling piece 38 is pushed up by a compression spring 45 to hit the lower surface of the holding claw 48, and the holding claw 48 hits the upper section of a flange 62 at the lower end of the transport object 60, thus the transport object 60 is pinched by the holding claw 48 and the first housing 12. Next, when a releasing means 58 such as a cord is pulled, the holding claw 48 is pulled backward, the tip of the coupling piece 38 is engaged with a groove 54, the holding claw 48 is held at a predetermined position at the rear, and the transport object 60 can be lifted. Accordingly, the transport object can be fixed automatically and released with one touch, and it can be prevented from being broken during transportation.
