Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable to apply a rotor to a high-speed and high output motor by a method wherein respective segment coils are made to have structure enabled to be filled up with a fixing agent to catch surely and firmly in the thickness direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:Out of the coils of respective layers constituted by winding a self bonding wire rod in an well-order, the odd number layers of the first, the third, the fifth layers and the even number layers of the second, the fourth, the sixth layers are slightly shifted mutually in the radial direction of the rotor at the coil side on the side close by a rotor shaft to be laminated, or the odd number layers and the even number layers are slightly shifted in the radial direction of the rotor in the whole of the coils to be laminated to form the segment coil 11'. A step part (l) having the concave-convex type side face and holding alternately gap parts of the plural number in the thickness direction of the segment coil 11' is formed on the rotor shaft side of the segment coil 11'. The segment coil 11' thereof and a cylindrical commutator are assembled to constitute the rotor, and the fixing agent is filled up to be solidified.
