PURPOSE: To improve a rate of attainment in performance of impregnation by a device, by constituting the device such that the pressure in a storage tank is reduced so as to remove air in impregnation fluid immediately before it is moved from the storage tank to an impregnation tank, in the case of the impregnation device of moving fluid type having the storage and the impregnation tank.
CONSTITUTION: When an impregnation means, for filling blowholes of a cast article with impregnation fluid of organic system material like acrylic resin, performs an impregnation process, an impregnation tank 1, first being charged with materials 7 to be impregnated being set in a pallet 6, is enclosed. Next the pressure in a storage tank 2 is reduced by operating a vacuum pump 23 for removing a part of air and water contained in impregnation fluid 4 in the storage tank 2. While the pressure in the tank 1 is reduced, for removing air in the blowhole of the material 7 to be impregnated being placed in the tank 1, almost simultaneously with the timing of reducing the pressure in the tank 2. And after the pressure is reduced, the blowhole of the material 7 to be impregnated is charged with the impregnation fluid 4 by moving it through a difference pressure. In this way, a rate of attainment in performance of impregnation can be improved.
